For teams needing to reserve and pay for lodging to accommodate their group, a group block of rooms has been set up at the Great Wolf Lodge. If a registrant cancels a room, it must be within 72 hours in order to receive a refund. If your team does not reserve a room under the Spring Youth Forum block (or is a guest of the hotel), your team cannot purchase waterpark passes separately. However, your team is welcome to join in on other activities at the lodge.

The Great Wolf Lodge requires one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card.

The room is rate (including tax) is $134.89*. (Following is a cost break down.)
$109 Sleeping Room (up to 6 per room, includes water park passes**)
$10.90 Taxes (10%)
$14.99 Resort Fee

*Subject to change
**Even if water park passes are not needed for the guests in the additional room, this rate still applies.


Check-in Hours

Team check in is on Wednesday, May 21 from 3:00 – 8:00pm in the Great Wolf Conference Center. During this time, teams will have the opportunity to take team photos. Wear your team outfits! Check in is also available on Thursday, May 22 from 7:30 – 8:00am for teams arriving on Thursday. There will be a photo opportunity during this time for teams checking in on Thursday.

Please note: Waterpark passes can be used starting at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21 through Thursday, May 22 until 9:00pm. Hotel room check-in does not begin until 4:00 pm.

Transportation and Parking

Parking is free at the Great Wolf Lodge. Transportation to/from the event is the responsibility of the Adult Team Advisor/chaperone(s).

Food

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided, by the Spring Youth Forum Committee on Thursday, May 22. All other meals are the responsibility of the teams and individuals. Meals will be served buffet style so participants can pick and choose which items they would like.

All sleeping rooms at the Great Wolf Lodge have refrigerators and microwaves. In addition, the hotel has a breakfast/dinner buffet restaurant, a café, Pizza Hut, Starbucks as well as a snack shop to purchase drinks/snacks. Participants can bring their own food/snacks for their sleeping rooms, but please do not bring them to the Great Wolf Conference Center, per the Center food and beverage policies.

Special Dietary Needs

For participants that are vegetarian, please be sure to indicate this in the special accommodations field on the online registration form. A special meal coupon will be provided to you. Participants with other special dietary needs (i.e. vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc.) are welcome to include this information under special accommodations and the Great Wolf Conference Center will do their best to accommodate all dietary needs. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the event area.

Security

Security services will be provided by Ross McDowell.


Families and Guests

While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate extra guests, including family members and children at the official event. Guests will not be allowed in the main sessions, meals or in breakouts. However, please feel free to bring guests to accompany your family or team members as your discretion to enjoy the facilities at the Great Wolf Lodge.
