Hotel Accommodations for Teams
Youth teams awarded with a scholarship to attend the event may be provided up to two sleeping rooms at the Great Wolf Lodge on Wednesday, May 15. Teams who score best on an application may be awarded an additional room, based on need.
Due to budgetary constraints, there are no guarantees that more than two rooms per team can be accommodated. The sleeping rooms are family suites that sleep up to six (6), and depending upon the make-up of your team, up to two rooms can be requested. It will be up to each team to determine how many and who should be in each room (i.e., one chaperone and three youth per room or six youth in one room and two chaperones in the second room, etc.) However, due to budgetary restraints, there is no guarantee on the number of rooms a team may receive.
For teams traveling long distances, hotel rooms may be available on Wednesday, May 15 as well. Teams will be notified, on the acceptance letter, if they qualify for a second night of lodging.
Lodging reservations will be made for you approximately a week before arrival. Once lodging accommodations are finalized, a confirmation number(s) will be provided to the Team Adult Advisor.
