Scholarships are available and room blocks will be booked. If you need additional rooms, there will be some on a limited basis and this information will be sent out via email by request. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For teams needing to reserve and pay for lodging to accommodate their group, a group block of rooms has been set up at the Great Wolf Lodge. If a registrant cancels a room, it must be within 72 hours in order to receive a refund. If your team does not reserve a room under the Spring Youth Forum block (or is a guest of the hotel), your team cannot purchase waterpark passes separately. However, your team is welcome to join in on other activities at the lodge.
For check in, the Great Wolf Lodge requires an amount to be charged to a credit card for incidentals that might be charged to the room. A credit card hold is the best to handle the check in. For more questions about check in, please contact the Great Wolf Lodge at 360-273-7718 or contact a representative through the Great Wolf Lodge website.
