Team Registration

If your team is awarded scholarships to attend the event, online registration is required to ensure important contact information is received for all participants. Teams will receive a unique coupon code with which to register online. Teams must have a scholarship to attend the Spring Youth Forum.

Please register no later than Monday, April 8 by 5 p.m.
If your team is not registered by this date, your scholarships may be awarded to other teams to attend.

Substance Abuse Prevention Professionals' Registration

Substance abuse prevention professionals and those in the related field that are interested in attending the the Spring Youth Forum to observe the team presentations should contact Julie Tieman at CASAT to be placed on a waiting list. Those on the list will be contacted approximately 1 week prior to the event with information as to whether space is available. There will be a $65 fee, payable by credit card, prior to attending. A special coupon code is needed to register online. If lodging is needed, please inquire when contacting CASAT regarding registration and a group code will be provided to receive the special group rate at the hotel.
