The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery and the Washington Attorney General’s Office created a partnership to provide scholarships for youth teams to attend the Spring Youth Forum. This funding helps to support youth who continue their efforts in the prevention of alcohol, tobacco and drug use and place an emphasis on the importance of the prevention of prescription, and synthetic substance use. These grant funds are entirely generated from court settlements with drug companies for consumer protection violations impacting citizens of Washington State.
